Ken Pang is a paediatrician at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, where he works to help support transgender young people and their families. He is also an Associate Professor (Honorary) at the University of Melbourne and leads a multidisciplinary research team at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. Ken’s research encompasses various aspects pertaining to the mental, physical, and reproductive health of transgender children and adolescents. In the past 5 years, he has published >40 articles in trans health in leading journals such as JAMA Pediatrics, BMJ, Lancet Child and Adolescent Health, and Pediatrics, and he is recognized as a leader in the field of trans health globally (top 0.15% of researchers as per Expertscape).
