Travellers' Information Service:
Travellers’ Services is an information service which is poisitioned on the ground floor of the ARRIVALS hall of the International terminal (T2).
It’s the first point of contact for visitors to Melbourne to find out about the latest events, tours and must-see destinations that Victoria has to offer.
The International (T2) Travellers Information Service (TIS) desk is currently open for personalised service from 7am to midnight, seven days a week.
- Outside of these hours please email or leave a voicemail message, and a staff member will respond during the next shift.
- A range of tourist and accommodation information can be accessed from the desk outside these hours - via the self service free call phone system and a range of brochures on hand.
- Services that we are able to assist passengers with are;

- Transport Services
- Shuttle service to and from the airport to your hotel

It’s recommended that passengers arrive at least three hours before their scheduled flight departure time for international flights, and at least one hour prior for domestic flights.
Note: On average it can take 1 to 3 hours to clear Customs.
